You Have One Rush Violation...

Ok so after I posted the link the other day about the juggalos being named a gang in the National Gang Intelligence Center report, I decided to read over the report. Well it turns out we've got a gang in AL that made the list; one that I didn't expect to see.

Boy I think that the NGIC is playing a little fast and loose with their classification of gangs. I just don't think ATO is quite on the same level as the AB or the Mexican Drug Cartels. Any ideas about how this happened?
